Ep 6 – And She Leaps. Letting go of everything I owned. My personal journey inward.

“If you had to name the most uncomfortable situation you could experience, what would it be?” a friend asked. Once that question came about, It never left me. A level of desire to go deeper stirred within. I a promised myself I would do the soulwork needed for my transformation. I just had no idea what it would look like. As the answer became clear to me, I had a choice to either take action & grow or sit back playing small in life. “What if it is not possible?”, my doubt and fear chimed in. “What if it is?”, responded my heart.  So I created a way that led me to the discovery of what was possible.  Can I really depend on, grow with & truly feel love towards myself with the same authenticity I had for everyone else around me? How would I create this opportunity?  And so “And She Leaps” was born. A shedding of all things I held comfort or attachment to, a letting go of all things I knew & loved & a courageous leap into living as a minimalist in my pontiac vibe. But where would I go?

This week on Happy Catastrophe Katie has to confront how she fell out of integrity with her words, actions and commitments. In an episode that was about where in the world have I been, a new depth to her world is discovered. Join Happy Catastrophe as they discuss PTSD, trauma, restoring integrity & find a masterpiece in the making. We can always grow with what we know. This episode may be my favorite thus far, as it was completely unplanned & went where the heart needed

Ep 4 – Forgiveness, Forgiving, Forgiven.

This week we discuss Forgiveness. How are we connected to the word? When do we need forgiveness, how to ask for it, when we need to be forgiven and is it always serving our souls to do so.  Happy Catastrophe takes a closer look at various perspectives about the process, what is looks like, what it feels like, when is it healthy and so much more. My favorite part of this episode is how the listener is honored. Nobody is preaching a certain way to be, but discussing what is possible if you “try one on”. Understanding and loving yourself exactly where you are at is one of the most empowering steps in the process. Happy Catastrophe offers you exactly that.

Ep 2 – Burden: Being, Believing, Letting Go. From victim to survivor.

Burden. What does it mean? How does it affect your life, those you love & our choices. Katie talks about the limiting beliefs, destructive behavior & poor choices that were made out of her living as though she was a burden. Katie shares ways in which she chooses to be a survivor over a victim.
